Cancelling  Your Order

After confirming your order, we do not accept cancellation nor returns due to customer circumstances for any reason. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Return / Exchange

Exchange of items

If the conditions of the item for return meets our criteria listed below, we will respond to the exchange of goods.

 

Exchangeable products

· Defects exist such as stain, broken pieces etc.

· If the item received differs from what you ordered

 

Method of Exchange

1) Please contact info@takeyari-online.com within 7 days from the arrival date (including the date of delivery). In the e-mail, fill out the subject with“Product Exchange Request" and enter the order number and name on in the body and contact us.

2) After confirming the contents, we will contact you with the address to which the item should be returned to on the following business day.

Please ship the item with COD (Cash on Delivery), as we will take charge of the delivery fee.

 

Notes

In any case you cannot return your item back,  we will correspond by refund. After the product has arrived for inspection, if it does not meet our criteria, we will not accept the item as “exchangeable. ”

· Products judged as "Used" or "Refurbished, Laundered or Cleaned" by our company standards

· Damaged, stained or missing items such as product tag, label, bag, box, other accessories

· Products with odor adhering, dirt, scratched by customers
